**Purpose and Scope**

We are seeking a talented and dedicated Sustainability Reporting & Analysis Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in driving our sustainability initiatives. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee and analyze our greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions, ensuring accurate and timely reporting in compliance with key industry standards. Additionally, you will collaborate with our implementation team to identify sustainability gaps in our overseas projects and develop innovative solutions to reduce our carbon footprint.

**Key Roles and Responsibilities**
- Sustainability Reporting:

- Oversee the preparation and submission of GHG emissions reports and other sustainability reports in accordance with relevant standards (e.g., GHG Protocol, TCFD).
- Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across all reporting processes.
- Analyze and interpret sustainability data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and maintain a robust sustainability reporting system to track progress and measure performance.
- Sustainability Analysis:

- Conduct in-depth analysis of our GHG emissions and carbon footprint, identifying key drivers and areas for reduction.
- Develop and refine models to forecast future emissions and assess the impact of different mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement energy efficiency and carbon reduction measures.
- Sustainability Project Implementation:

- Support the identification and assessment of sustainability gaps in our overseas projects, including industrial parks, ready-built factories, and warehouses.
- Develop and implement sustainability initiatives, such as energy efficiency programs, waste reduction strategies, and renewable energy projects.
- Monitor the performance of sustainability projects and track progress towards targets.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to project teams on sustainability best practices.

**Qualification, Skills, and Experience**
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of GHG accounting principles and reporting standards.
- Proven experience in sustainability reporting and analysis.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Python, Power BI).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in industrial park operations, ready-built factories, or warehouse leasing business is preferred.
