**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Design user-friendly interfaces and visually appealing elements for MAS's digital platforms.
- Collaborate with UX designers, developers, and product managers to ensure cohesive and user-centric designs.
- Develop wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to illustrate design concepts and user flows.
- Ensure all visual designs adhere to MAS's brand guidelines and reflect the organization's identity.
- Conduct usability testing and incorporate feedback to improve design quality and user experience.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends and technologies to keep MAS's digital presence modern and effective.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Visual Design.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, and Figma.
- A strong portfolio showcasing innovative design work, particularly in digital interfaces.
- Knowledge of user experience principles and best practices.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.
- Experience with responsive design and mobile-first design principles.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for creating interactive designs.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards and practices for digital content.
