**Visual Designer**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Design Conceptualization**: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand design briefs, develop creative concepts, and bring ideas to life in a visually engaging manner.
- **Brand Consistency**: Ensure that all visual designs align with and enhance the brand’s identity, maintaining consistent aesthetics across all platforms and marketing channels.
- **User Experience Focus**: Concentrate on the aesthetics of user interfaces, ensuring that designs are not only visually appealing but also enhance the overall user experience (UX).
- **Collaboration with UX/UI Teams**: Work closely with UX/UI designers to create visually attractive and intuitive user interfaces for websites, apps, and other digital touchpoints.
- **Creative Collaboration**: Collaborate with marketing, product, and development teams to create design solutions that meet project objectives and user needs.
- **Visual Strategy Development**: Assist in formulating visual strategies that engage target audiences and elevate brand awareness.
- **Asset Management**: Maintain and organize a library of digital assets, ensuring easy access and efficient workflow for the team.
- **Design Iteration & Feedback**: Embrace constructive feedback from clients and team members, continuously refining designs based on performance data and input.
- **Trend Awareness**: Stay informed about industry trends and emerging design techniques, integrating new ideas into your work when appropriate.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience as a Visual Designer or in a similar design role, with a strong portfolio showcasing design skills in digital, web, and print media.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) or equivalent design software.
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout design, and visual storytelling.
- Solid experience designing for digital platforms, including websites, mobile apps, social media, and digital ads.
- Knowledge of user-centered design principles and UX/UI best practices.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to deliver high-quality work on time and under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively within constraints.
