Location: CBD

**Responsibilities**
- Produces conceptual plans and presentation packages.
- Ability to produces design in Sketch-up 3D will be an advantage and coordinate production of final renderings.
- Plans and programs layout of project(s); coordinates and integrates engineering elements into unified design for client review and approval.
- Utilizes AutoCAD to prepare project designs for plans, elevations and sections.
- Supervise, review, and check the production of construction documents in AutoCAD or Revit.
- Working with the Principal(s) or Associate(s), shall direct, supervise, and check activities of fellow Team Members engaged in preparing design write-ups, drawings and specification documents for Conceptual Design Phase, Schematic Design Phase, Design Development Phase and Construction Documentation Phase of a project.
- Works in tandem with highly collaborative multi-discipline design teams.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in architecture or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office suite is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
