Roles & Responsibilities

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Possess good design skills.
- Work productively and coordinate activities on numerous projects concurrently.
- Ability to work individually and as part of a team to meet deadlines.
- Able to carry out from design conceptualisation to completion.
- To liaise with client's representatives, consultants and local authorities.
- To coordinate design development and prepare drawing fit for construction, authority submission and tender exercise.
- To attend project related meetings and participate effectively in technical and design discussions.
- Produce conceptual and schematic design and detail working drawings including selection of material.
- To conduct periodical site inspections to ensure design and authority compliances.
- Study and review architectural drawings and specifications to ensure compliance to company standard and requirements.
**JOB COMPETENCY (QUALIFICATION, EXPERIENCE & KNOWLEDGE)**
- Minimum 3 years in related field.
- A recogniesed Degree in Architecture.
- Conversant in AutoCad, 3D, Sketch Up, Adobe Photoshop.
- Experience utilising Autodesk Revit Modelling and AutoCad software in a consultancy office preferred.
- Ability to read and understand architectural and construction documents.
- Excellent time management and presentation skills.
- Responsible and committed person with ability to work independently in a team environment.
- Familiarity with building by-laws and authorities.
