Location: CBD

**Responsibilities**
- Produce design concepts
- Develop and produce completed sets of drawings, detailing and construction documentation.
- Presenting concept visualization through sketches, drawings and illustrations.
- Overseeing design changes and improvements throughout the development process.
- Integrating technical and visual solution into a design concept
- Understanding trends within the scope of the industry they are working in
- Will be guided and trained to manage and coordinate with clients, vendors, site visits, etc.
- Work with various teams to develop a statement of work.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma in Interior/Architectural or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, 3DsMax, Vray, Adobe Photoshop, Sketchup is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
