**Your Role**
- Reporting to General Manager Healthcare, MY-SG, you are responsible for Business Unit (BU) revenue growth and expansion for Malaysia and Singapore.
- Manage business unit financial P&L according to expectations.
- Strategic business planning and execution of sales and marketing priorities.
- Lead and develop people to achieve team and individual excellence.

**What You Do**
- Full responsibilities for the Oncology business and P&L for Malaysia and Singapore
- Set the strategic direction for the franchise to effectively achieve profitable growth and drive sales team performance
- Manage sales, marketing and launch strategies for the franchise in alignment with global/regional strategic directions
- Portfolio management for the franchise to ensure successful new product launches
- Engage with key customers, Key Thought Leaders and scientific societies to identify new opportunities and ways to address customer/patient unmet needs.
- Talent management, development, and retention
- Plan and execution of Sales Force Effectiveness and Key Account Plans with clear KPIs to achieve the ambition goals.
- Ensure forecasts, financial commitments, and demand plans are aligned to support the market demand and new product launches.
- Act in compliance with local laws, Copmany policies and code of conduct while ensuring the reporting team adheres to similar regulations and policies in their business practices
- To recognize a reportable Adverse Event (AE), special situations or other pharmacovigilance information and ensuring the necessary information is forwarded according to the company procedures.

**Who You Are**
- University/Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent
- Over 8 years' commercial experience within the healthcare pharmaceutical industry in Malaysia and/or Singapore
- Sales or Product Management experience required
- Prior leadership and people management experience required
- Experience in Oncology preferred

- Strong team player with the ability to work with multidisciplinary teams and regional/global teams.
- Strong business acumen and customer orientation.
- Strong leadership qualities, driven by a passion to excel in a customer and patient centric organization
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
- Strategic mindset to develop strong vision and strategy to drive business outcomes
