In this pivotal role, you will be tasked with delivering comprehensive legal counsel to the business functions in Singapore and Hong Kong across diverse segments, encompassing bilateral and syndicated lending structures such as project finance, asset-backed finance, real estate, and trade solutions, in addition to loan-linked ISDAs.
