iiTronics International is looking for an enthusiastic and energetic Sales Representative responsible for selling electronic components to ODM and OEM in assigned territory, industry or accounts through multi-channel inbound and outbound sales activities, to be based in our Singapore office.

Your day-to-day work will be introducing, technical cross referencing, RFQ and selling electronic components and sales services to small and medium-sized businesses. Through product demonstration and phone conversation, you will educate these businesses on the value of iiTronics and our key partners' products and their incredible technical capabilities.

**Duty & Responsibilities**:

**External**:

- Represent company to the customers and suppliers in all sales-orientated activities
- Act as sole sales representative/Executive for assigned territory, industry, accounts and products
- Consult, educate and successfully bring new customers
- Respond to customer’s request; Qualifying sales leads to convert them to sales process
- Achieve all customer satisfaction targets
- Become familiar with all available products and possess the ability to present it to Customers’ R&D Engineers, Commodity Sourcing of all ranges, abilities and roles
- Self-motivated to explore bilateral relationships by actively bridging between ODM/Suppliers & Customers.
- Attend urgent requests from customers within job scope & individual ability.

**Internal**:

- Observe & strictly adhere to all sales policy, rules of engagement procedures e.g. NDA,CA & CCCS.
- Contribute with new ideas to successfully introduce new customers and verticals
- Consistently achieve monthly sales targets, KPIs & generate regular reports
- Work on inside sales assignments with clearly defined objectives and techniques
- Act independently or as a part of a sales team to support field sales team using data to both maximize repeat purchases from existing customers and identify new opportunities
- Work with Sales Administration to fulfil customers’ requests & demand structurally
- Contribute by bringing innovation to both thinking and processes to further success
- Occasional & mínimal business travel for work related agendas.
- Training & Coaching Sales Junior staff
- Involve in a Middle Management Meeting for setting policy & troubleshooting.

**Requirement**Fresh graduates with related educational background in Electronic Engineering, Diploma above
- 1+years of experience selling electronic components to MNC & small and medium(SME) accounts
- Strong communication skills, sales-driven and collaborative team player
- Experience using SAP to build, manage and convert an effective sales pipeline
- Prior experience with mid to long sales cycles, with proven track record of managing the sales funnel from lead generation to final close
- Collaborated with marketing team and online sales team to segment, cold call and nurture leads
- Ability to tailor conversation to meet the specific needs of potential customers, at all levels of an organization
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an incredible comfort presenting software and solutions over the phone
- Fluency in English and Chinese
- Professional skills for Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
- No age limits
