Lendlease is currently searching for an experienced Senior Concierge / Concierge. The role will be reporting to Senior Concierge Manager & General Manager, and providing total customer satisfaction and exceptional service for our retail assets in Singapore.

- Local knowledge - tourist attractions, services, transport assistance
- Retailer knowledge - retailer locations, products, etc.
- Administration- Administration of Lendlease Plus (Lendlease Loyalty Programme) including handling of any queries/ app issues from tenants or shoppers
- Oversee day to day operation at desk (as per Concierge Roles & Responsibilities)
- Ensure adequate manpower as per contractual agreement with Vendor
- Support in the roll-out of mall marketing campaigns
- Provision of first aid assistance and incident response management where required
- To undertake and complete any ad-hoc duties as may be assigned
- Demonstrate retailer knowledge (store location and product knowledge) and strong knowledge of the services within the Building and Building proximity
- Demonstrate strong local knowledge (including tourist attractions, services and transport assistance)
- Supervisory Task- Supervise and facilitate the daily activities of the concierge teams to ensure efficient operation
- Observes and evaluates Concierge performance and development are as per contractual agreement
- Coaching, building skillsets and provide guidance to ensure the team is adequately equipped with the right attributes
- Resolves complaints and answers questions of shoppers regarding services and procedures
- Communicates with various departments and stakeholders to resolve problems and expedite work process
- Interprets and communicates work procedures and company policies to staff
- Assist the concierge team in problem solving and improve productivity
- Prepares, maintains, and submits reports and records as and when required.
- Makes recommendations to management concerning staff and improvement of procedures.
- To be a success in this role it is desirable, but not essential to have;- Good computer literacy and knowledge of MS Office Applications
- At least 2 to 3 years of retail customer service management experience is preferred
- Have good leadership skills and people management abilities
- Customer-focused with a "can-do" attitude
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment independently with mínimal supervision, with a collaborative mindset to engage with stakeholders from all levels
- Strong characteristics with positive attitude and initiative
- Excellent communication and written skills
- Strong problem-solving competency and an out-of-box approach in providing solutions.
- Willingness to work beyond hours when required
