**About the Group Chief Security Office (CSO)**

**About TDI CSO Regulatory, Clients & Staff Engagement - Regulatory & Client Response**

The Regulatory & Client Response Team, in close cooperation with relevant teams in the Group Chief Security Office, is responsible for analyzing and responding globally and consistently to requests from regulators, clients as well as from Senior Management and other stakeholders on Security topics.

The work comprises all steps, from analyzing the request via coordinating and cooperating with different departments and at all levels of the organization up to preparing relevant Senior Management briefings and presentations. Furthermore, the team facilitates CISO´s regulatory adherence process, reviewing new or changed regulation relevant to information security and supporting their assessment for all regions.

**Your key responsibilities**:

- Collect and validate the response with regards to completeness, plausibility as well as overall consistency.
- Support the creation of senior management updates and briefings on various security topics together with the respective SMEs across various divisions and countries.
- Prepare, coordinate and conduct planning and review meetings as well as smaller workshops to respond to regulatory questionnaires and requests on Information and Cyber security topics.
- Participate in the evaluation of regulatory publications in respect to Information and Cyber Security relevant requirements, facilitate the assessment of the impacts of those regulatory requirements for CISO.
- Contribute to the continuous development and maintenance of the team´s knowledge base to support an efficient and consistent response process.
- Main responsibility for the coverage of regulatory engagement for a dedicated region (APAC). Global coverage of client requests.

**Your skills and experience**:

- Min 3 years of experiences in information security, risk management, audit or regulatory
- Strong analytical, problem solving and communication skills
- Take pleasure in handling of complex tasks and coordination of diverse stakeholders
- Good knowledge of and keen interest in information security and related processes at Deutsche Bank and understanding of respective Information Security requirements and policies
- Experience in regulatory and/or audit interaction
- Excellent team worker, able to work in virtual global teams in a matrix organization
- Willingness to learn and take on responsibility with a hands-on approach
- Diligent and high-quality approach to tasks, flexibility and agile handling of evolving priorities
- Ability to work in fast paced environment and to keep up with technical innovation
- Very good MS Office skills

**Education / Certification**
- Bachelor´s degree from an accredited college or university
- In addition, the following education/certification attainment
- CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional)
- CISM (Certified Information Security Manager)
- CISA (Certified Information Systems Auditor)
- CRISC (Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control).

Role is required to be performed on-site at One Raffles Quay office. Relevant vaccination requirement applies
