We are seeking an aspiring and highly motivated Human Resources Executive to join our team. The HR Generalist will play a critical role in supporting the daily operations of the HR department.
**Responsibilities**:
- Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries, providing guidance on HR policies, procedures, and benefits
- Handle employee concerns or conflicts and assist in resolving issues in a fair and effective manner
- Preparation of data for government surveys
- Assist in administering employee benefits programs (health, dental, retirement, etc)
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Utilize HR software to maintain employee records, track data, and generate reports
- Provide general HR administrative support including preparing documents, scheduling meetings, and maintaining HR files
- Oversee the accurate and timely processing of monthly payroll for employees
- Conduct onboarding and orientation of all new hires (virtual or onsite)
- Act as a point of contact for dormitory management, trainings and certifications for blue collared employees
- Any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the Company
**Requirements**:
- Diploma in Human Resources / Business Administration or any other related field
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word)
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices is a plus
