**Roles & Responsibilities**

**The Job**
- Deployed to perform multi-faceted roles across respective zones at our centre: Guest Relations, Spa & Healing, Hotel & Daycare.
- Perform general duties such as welcoming clients, answering telephone calls, making appointments and general housekeeping. You will also assist at the salon and spa by performing basic grooming components as well as administering spa and healing services. At the pet hotel, you will serve as pet guardians, providing supervision, care and attention to our animal guests.
**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Welcome and attend to guests
- Follow up with customers for their appointments
- Perform basic grooming, spa and healing services
- Provide animal husbandry to hotel and daycare guests
- Perform routine housekeeping tasks as required to maintain the professional image and appearance of the store
- Be well-acquainted with individual animal guests, including daily observations and information about activities, meals served, and medications administered, health condition (weight; body temperature)
- Observe and monitor animal guests' play activities
- Sanitize toys and meal equipment on a regular basis
- Organize and store toys and materials to ensure order in activity areas
- Clean up after the animal guests
- Identify signs of emotional or developmental problems in animal guests and bring them to their fur parents' or guardians' attention
