**Responsibilities**:

- Welcome guest in a warm friendly manner, and provide excellent courteous service
- Manage peak periods effectively with good hosting and queue management skills
- Handle guest feedbacks by following the procedures and ensuring guest satisfaction
- Full knowledge of maintaining standards about the restaurant, service, and product knowledge
- Maintain outlet service quality and display good customer relation skills
- Display good supervisory skills with ability to assign and delegate duties among staffs, and manage staff discipline and performance issues
- Perform day to day pre-opening and closing activities as per SOPs
- Maintain restaurant hygiene and upkeep
- Ensure food hygiene and safety standards are maintained and comply
- Serve food, and ensure quality and presentation are up to standard and manage service recovery
- Monitor and complete daily inventories of F&B supplies
- Assist the Restaurant Manager with facilitating the work schedules and deployment, and execute outlet administrative duties
- Achieve sales target and manage maintenance, labour and food costs
- Perform any other duties as assigned

**Job Requirements**
- Possess at least a Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Food & Beverage Services Management, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in F&B, preferably with managerial experience
- Excellent service attitude, outgoing personality, and able to work in a high-volume environment with the team
- Passionate, motivated & energetic individuals that are willing to learn, grow and exchange their experiences within team
- Willing to work on rotating shifts including weekends and public holidays
- Good command of spoken English, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Salary will commensurate with experience
