Overview

As an eProcurement Solution Lead, we are seeking an experienced and dynamic professional to lead our eProcurement (Source-to-Pay) initiatives, with a focus on pre-sale, solutioning and implementation. In this role, you will bring industry best practices, engage with key stakeholders, and collaborate with internal teams and partners to deliver effective eProcurement solutions to our customers. This is a unique opportunity for a proactive and knowledgeable professional to make a significant impact by optimizing eProcurement processes and building the future eProcurement consulting team within our organization.

- **Best Practice Implementation**:Drive and implement best practices for the eProcurement process (Source-to-Pay), ensuring streamlined and efficient workflows.
- **Pre-Sales & Estimations**:Lead pre-sales activities, including defining project scopes, preparing proposals, providing estimations and engaging with customers and key stakeholders for leading eProcurement solutions such as Ivalua.
- **Asset Creation & Demo Environment**:Design and develop assets, including demo environments, to effectively showcase the capabilities and benefits of the Solution to potential customers.
- **Customer Engagement**:Present and engage with senior stakeholders, such as Head of Procurement, Chief Procurement Officer and Chief Information Officer to demonstrate the value of solutions and how they can transform procurement processes.
- **Training & Capability Building**:Develop and execute a plan to train and mentor internal resources, enabling the creation of 3-4 proficient eProcurement consultants within 3-5 months.
- **Delivery**:Lead the eProcurement solution delivery from inception to deployment and maintenance. Work closely with internal teams and external partners to successfully lead and deliver eProcurement implementation projects, ensuring customer satisfaction and alignment with business objectives.
- **_More than 5 years of proven experience_**_ in _**_eProcurement_**_, with a focus on the _**_Source-to-Pay process_**:

- **_More than 5 years of expertise_**_ in designing, solutioning, and implementing _**_Ivalua, Coupa, or similar market-leading eProcurement platforms_**:

- **_Strong pre-sales and estimation experience_**_, with a track record of successful proposal delivery_
- **_Excellent presentation and communication skills_**_, with the ability to engage with senior executives and procurement leaders_
- **_Strong leadership and team collaboration skills_**_, with the ability to mentor and build internal capabilities_
- **_Ability to manage multiple projects_**_ and deliver high-quality results on time and within budget_
- **_Proven track record_**_ in the successful delivery of eProcurement solutions_
- **_3-5 years of experience_**_ working in _**_consulting organizations_**_ (highly preferred)_
- **_Experience in working with and delivering outcomes for Singapore Public Sector customers_**

**_Preferred Qualifications:_**
- _Experience in implementing _**_Ivalua, Coupa, or other procurement platforms_**_ in a customer-facing role_
- _Prior experience in _**_leading and managing cross-functional teams_**_ in an eProcurement environment_
- _Prior experience in _**_building and growing a strong practice_**_ for emerging markets_
- _Prior experience in _**_Go-To-Market strategy, incubating consulting and services offerings, and working alongside sales teams_**_ to convert opportunities_
