We are a leading freight forwarding Company with worldwide operation.

Vacancy for Export Coordinator / Executive.

**Job Competency Requirement**:
1) Team Player with positive mindset & cheerful disposition

2) Good communication skill

3) Minimum 1 year’s working experience in freight forwarding industry

5) Knowledge of Cargowise system, an advantage

6) Able to start work immediately or within short notice

7) Preferably Singaporeans due to quota limitations

**Role Performance and Expectation**:
1) Attend to incoming customer call or enquiry

2) Attend to all overseas agent enquiry

3) Block booking with carrier and release confirmation to clients

4) Creating consol file in computer system

5) Updating of sailing schedule in computer system and website

6) Planning of container size based on volume of cargo booked

7) Liasion with haulier for trucking in-out of container to warehouse for stuffing.

8) Processing of all export documentation and billings

9) Update the final warehouse packing list into the computer system

10) Check warehouse Tally Sheet against manifest

11) Send Pre-alert to overseas agent within 24/48hours of vessel departure

12) Submit export permit/thru bl to carrier/co-loader within 7days after vessel departure.

13) Liaising with agent for any cargo short-landed or damaged

14) Declaration of Dangerous Good with carrier upon booking acceptance

15) Filing AMS / ACI

16) Takes up tasks and assignments as and when assigned by the superior
