Job Summary:

A Dynamic Export Coordinator Role

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Export Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our logistics department, you will be responsible for coordinating the export process from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and manage export documents, including commercial invoices, shipper's letters of instruction, carrier waybills, and shipper's export declarations.
  • Deliver accurate and timely information to import brokers and post-clearance monitoring teams.
  • Report mandatory export data to government agencies in accordance with specified requirements.
  • Provide pre- and post-shipment support to sales groups, including documentation requirements and customs clearance issues.
  • Create necessary documentation to facilitate both domestic and international shipments.
  • Screen transactions for license determination in accordance with export regulations.
  • Maintain and update files in accordance with record retention policies.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and procedures, and implement solutions to enhance key performance metrics.
Requirements:
  • Nitec / Diploma in Business / Supply Chain or equivalent qualification.
  • Proficient in MS Office Excel and other relevant software tools.
  • Knowledge and experience in shipping, logistics, and supply chain management is highly desirable.
