The ideal candidate will have a strong background in export documentation and coordination, with excellent organizational and communication skills. They will be able to work independently with minimal supervision and manage multiple stakeholders simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and manage export-related documents (shipping docs, invoices, packing lists, PEB, and other required paperwork)
- Coordinate with internal teams (Logistics, QA, Finance) to ensure smooth processing of export orders
- Liaise with external parties (freight forwarders, shipping agents, customs authorities, and other relevant government bodies)
- Ensure documentation accuracy and compliance with export regulations and company standards
- Maintain proper filing and records for audit and reporting purposes
Requirements:
- Must have experience in export documentation and coordination
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Trade, or related field
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage multiple stakeholders
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with export documentation systems
- Good communication skills in English
