Export Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Export Operations Coordinator to oversee daily export operations and ensure alignment with customer requirements.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with Customer Service and instruct third-party vendors on special handling needs for both import and export shipments.
- Conduct daily toolbox meetings in the warehouse and maintain housekeeping standards.
- Implement improvements in warehouse operations to meet quality management objectives.
- Collaborate closely with the team and coordinate with logistics providers to ensure timely completion of daily tasks.
- Ensure all warehouse staff adhere to safety, security, and quality regulations.
- Liaise with internal teams and logistics providers to manage day-to-day import/export warehouse operations.
To succeed in this role, you will need strong organizational and communication skills, as well as experience with WMS and inventory management. You should also have a solid understanding of quality management principles and be able to implement improvements in warehouse operations.
