Singapore HPB Health Promotion Board Full time

The Healthy Ageing Division aims to help seniors aged 50 years old and above to improve and maintain their functional ability through healthy lifestyle practices. This contributes to HPB’s goal to increase the quality and years of healthy life and prevent illness, disability and premature death.

The division is responsible for driving particularly the National Seniors’ Health Programme, which was launched in support of the Government’s Action Plan for Successful Ageing to keep seniors active, engaged and productive.

You will be given the opportunity to develop, implement and evaluate various initiatives which involves working closely with MOH’s Ageing Planning Office (APO), Agency for Integrated Care (AIC) and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution and scaling up of our programmes as part of the Community Network for Seniors (CNS) initiative.

**Job Description**:
As an Assistant Manager/Manager, Healthy Ageing Programmes, you are expected to:

- Develop, implement and evaluate healthy ageing initiatives and to encourage seniors to stay healthy and active
- Establish and manage partnerships and vendors to bring internal and external stakeholders together for synergistic programme delivery.
- Work as a team to establish, review and manage operations and processes to ensure efficient and quality programme delivery.

**Requirements**:

- Possess relevant qualifications in/experience preferably in health-related science or related disciplines
- Possess 1 - 3 years of relevant working experience in developing initiatives for seniors.
- Demonstrated good programme management and vendor management skills
- Possess excellent inter-personal skills and emotional intelligence to manage internal stakeholders in a matrix structure
- Possess good verbal, written and presentation skills to present ideas & concepts
