**Responsibilities**:
As an integral part of our IT leadership team, you will be accountable for ensuring that our digital supply chain solutions and services are driving success across our growing Transport and Warehouse businesses, and for our customers.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading and developing a team of IT professionals and creating a culture of high performance, continuous improvement, customer centricity and innovation.
- Building trusted relationships with employees and customers across our business, including partnering closely with senior management stakeholders.
- Directing programs from original concept, through IT solution definition and design to final implementation, ensuring that all Customer and internal stakeholders are aligned on final solutions.
- Define value of solutions we provide to our customers and ensure we commercialize accordingly.
- Ensuring that tactical tasks of delivering the sector roadmap and servicing our customers and operations are delivered efficiently and effectively with a high level of quality.
- As part of the country IT leadership team, contributing to the country and cluster IT strategy and focus.
- Ensuring the IT team deliver against all key targets and metrics defined to enable success.
**Requirements**:
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Proven experience in IT management at a senior level within a complex, service-related business.
- Experience in strategic planning and a demonstrated record of driving Continuous Improvement and delivering results.
- Ability to analyse abundant and complex information and to identify the underlying essentials.
- Superior communication skills with technical and non-technical senior management.
- Proven ability to conceptualize and deliver IT solutions (from Opportunity to Delivery) for the customers with a focus on business growth.
- Innovative and forward thinking leader who drives an engaging high performance culture.
- Previous experience within a 3PL supply chain environment.
