**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist Department Leader with the planning of daily production activities and issuance of routine instructions
- Assist Department Leader with planning and scheduling of preventive maintenance activities
- Ensure that production and quality targets are met by monitoring production and QC Data
- Ensure that all activities are carried out in accordance with Work Instructions (WI)
- Assist Department Leader with monitoring inventory levels of raw materials, subsidiary materials and spares, and raise purchase requests when required
- Assist Department Leader with enforcement of Production shift staff discipline, including monitoring production data and reviewing CCTV footage when necessary
- Assist with Document Control relating to production, including maintaining and updating WI and forms
- Assist Department Leader with the troubleshooting process and equipment problems
