**Job Description / Responsibilities**
- Manages day-to-day administration in the office
- Ensuring the office is stocked with necessary supplies and that all equipment is working and properly maintained.
- Collecting, organizing, and storing information using computers and filing systems.
- Manages and oversees the daily operations of the accounting department
- Verifies and monitors monthly income and collections
- Arrears Management
- Prepares monthly budget which includes the routine income and expenditure budget
- Processes claims through petty cash or bank transfer for reimbursement
- Records and processes bank receipts
- Assists in month-end closing
- Assists in all other ad-hoc tasks as required by management

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Business/ Accountancy or relevant fields.
- Preferably with at least three years of administration and office management skills.
- Able to work independently.
- Reliable and responsible individual
- Highly organised and good in administration
- Able to start work immediately
