E-Commerce Executive

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and execute timely customers’ order fulfilment, delivery and returns
- Manage and ensure proper functionality of the digital platforms
- Manage and ensure the latest visuals across the ecommerce platforms
- Product listings and ensure products are properly launched across the e-commerce platforms
- Execute the promotions and campaigns across the ecommerce platforms
- Work with third-party e-commerce enablers to ensure tasks are executed on time
- Liaise with marketplace account managers on the planning of campaigns
- Ensure the catalogue and price of products online are aligned across all channels, respectively
- Ensure stocks are updated and reflected accordingly across all channels
- Assist in compiling and submitting monthly
- Any other duties assigned

**Requirements**:

- At least 1 year of experience in E-commerce marketplace, preferably in Sports/Outdoors/ Lifestyle industry
- Must be technology-savvy and understand all aspects of online selling and consumer behaviour
- Manage relationships with business partners
- Organized and meticulous with an eye for details
- Passionate about e-commerce and result orie
- Must be collaborative, able to multi-task and adapt to face-paced digital environment
- Strong organizational, interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work independently
