ABARA is an independent luxury fashion label based in Singapore. We specialise in ready-to-wear and exclusively bespoke luxury leather handbags and small leather goods for both men and women.

ABARA is looking for an **E-Commerce Executive **to grow the e-commerce business by improving the customer experience, executing customer order fulfilments and maintaining our digital platforms.

**Responsibilities**:
Channel Management:

- Responsible for day-to-day operations of the company’s e-commerce business on various marketplaces and online stores
- Upload content including new product images, descriptions and information on e-commerce platforms
- Identify ways to optimise content for search and better conversion
- Ensure stock availability and accuracy across platforms
- Ensure smooth daily operations in all aspects of the e-commerce business, from listing to inventory, order, payment, fulfilment and returns/exchanges
- Work closely with warehouse team to ensure all orders are fulfilled in a timely fashion
- Maintain high standards of customer service for online customers and work with customer experience team to enhance overall brand experience for all customers
- Ensure that online stores are visually appealing, easy to navigate, and furnished with accurate, up-to-date content

Campaign Management:

- Manage and implement online campaign efforts across brand website and marketplaces
- Support promotional campaigns on various online platforms through submission of promotions, setting up of mechanics, updating of content (banners, copy)
- Work closely with digital marketing team to strengthen digital marketing initiatives for ecommerce, including Google search, Facebook, Instagram and 小红书I
- Implement social media ads, SEM, SEO
- Manage and coordinate e-commerce campaigns and ensure all deliverables are on schedule.
- Work closely with brand and partnerships team to roll out collaboration campaign mechanics for online channels
- Provide weekly / monthly reports and insights through e-commerce analysis
- Any other duties in relation to e-commerce business of Company

**Requirements**:

- 1 or 2 years of experience in E-Commerce
- Experience working with a marketplace platform is a plus
- Strong interest and understanding in digital marketing and e-commerce
- Meticulous and analytical
- Degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce or related fields
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially in Excel
