**Requirements**:

- Preferably A level or Poly graduate
- Minimum 3 years relevant working experience in marketing & leasing in real estate industry, with a leading property developer or legal conveyancing firms will be an added advantage
- Render administrative support to the Marketing Team
- Good command of English
- Willingness to learn and receptive to new information
- Knowledge in research/reports compilation from URA website
- Good initiative and a good team player
- Able to work under pressure

**Responsibilities**:

- Tenancy administration of commercial investment properties
- Sales administration of residential development properties - i.e. familiar with conveyance timeline & processes, including PDI & Sales and Purchase Agreement.
- Liaise with lawyers on legal correspondences
- Prepare documentation and provide administration support for projects launches and handing over of apartments to purchasers
- Oversee & facilitate admin procedures and documentation/filing for the department
- Performs miscellaneous job related duties as assigned.
