**Overview**

️ What’s Involved:

- Oversee site execution for major dredging, reclamation, and coastal infrastructure
- Lead on-site operations and resources across SEA projects
- Rotation-based: ~2 months deployed / 1 month off
- All travel, meals, and accommodation covered
- Base location: Singapore (when not deployed)

**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead and coordinate day-to-day site operations to meet quality, safety, and timeline goals
- Translate project plans into operational execution schedules, monitor progress, and adapt to changes
- Supervise site personnel, equipment, and resources, ensuring efficiency and adherence to HSE standards
- Monitor performance metrics and project KPIs, initiate corrective actions when needed
- Collaborate closely with the Technical and Planning teams to align resources, logistics, and methodologies
- Drive continuous improvement through reporting, issue resolution, and refinement of work processes
- Mentor and guide on-site teams to ensure professional development and safe work culture

**Qualifications**
- Minimum 5 years’ site-based experience in offshore, dredging, reclamation, marine, sand filling, dry works, or shoreline infrastructure construction projectsComfortable with rotational deployments and working in remote environments
