The M&E Site Superintendent is responsible for all temporary utilities installation in the construction site.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead a team of Sub-contractors / technicians / workers in utilities services installation and maintenance.
- Plan and deploy resources and manpower to meet operational needs.
- Evaluate electrical technical / engineering requirements of the repairs / upgrading / servicing work.
- Conduct regular checks and prepare safety reports.
- Resolve any electrical issues on-site.
- Conduct risk assessment of projects and operations on-site.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and work productivity.
- Ensure adherence to safety work practices

**Job Requirements**
- Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical engineering from a recognized institution
- Preferably with 5 years of proven and relevant work experience in building projects (e.g. Condo Residential) in the construction sector
- Good site management and supervision work experience is required
- Preferably worked with A1 Main Contractor and have handled project value of at least $100million
- Able to reading technical drawings from AutoCad and BIM
- Good working knowledge and experience in M&E services and management of subcontractor
- Good stakeholders management skills, supervisory skills, project management skills, problem-solving skills
