The business operations associate will be working with the regional business operations manager to plan and ensure that data and processes are defined and disseminated such that business critical processes are aligned to policy and business objectives across Ninja Direct Markets.
The role will require a strong understanding of causality within the designs of a process and its integration with existing habits and interdependent processes. A keen sense of judgement and ability to communicate the positive outcomes and drawbacks of a solution is preferred.
The business operations associate should enjoy the intricacies stemming from working alongside multiple South-East Asian markets and be excited by a fast-paced environment.
**Responsibilities**:
- Create or integrate new requirements set out by management into existing processes
- Oversee internal execution progress and maintain good working relationships with our offshore counterparts
- Ensure information provisioned for financial reporting are accurate and reliable
- Work with technology teams to ensure information is stored and access rights are taken in to account for
**Requirements**:
- 2 - 3 years of experience in Business Process Design or similar capacity
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Engineering or equivalent
- Excel will be a requirement at an intermediate level.
- SQL would be a strong plus as a lot of tools are built in this role and published to both regional and local teams for operational or reporting use.
