The Division of Supportive & Palliative Care (DSPC) aims to provide integrated and coordinated care pathways and resources to patients, survivors, their families and caregivers across the cancer continuum. As an Executive, you will be responsible for ensuring an optimal operational efficiency of the overall research & administrative activities in the department.**Some of the Key Responsibilities Include**
- Be the protocol administrator for studies and ensure studies are carried out according to SOPs, manuals & procedures and regulations such as ICH/GCP, PDPA & HBRA
- Manage and upkeep CVs, Citi/HBRA/Conferences/Publications
- Oversee staff training, development and deployment within the department to ensure optimal performance of the administrative staff
- Provide administrative & secretarial support such as calendaring & scheduling of meetings, implementing effective work practices and SOPs, tracking of KPIs & etc.
- Participate in special projects and initiatives, where required

**Job Requirements**
- Degree in any discipline with 2 years of relevant working experience, preferably in research or healthcare setting
- Good knowledge and understanding of PDPA, HBRA and GCP
- Committed team player with excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- Meticulous, accurate and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
