**What the role is**
- You will be part of a dynamic team that drives and coordinates the national implementation of end-of-life care initiatives in areas such as service and capacity planning for palliative care services. You will be working in a fast-paced and highly volatile environment that would require the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders at the same time.
**What you will be working on**
- As part of this team, your specific roles would involve: - Developing, reviewing and implementing palliative care strategies, as part of MOH’s overall strategy to support ageing-in-place and provide quality care from cradle to grave. - Working closely with other agencies and key stakeholders to oversee ground implementation of end-of-life care initiatives, and review their effectiveness. - Developing and implementing other policies, schemes, and communication efforts, to support the delivery of goal-concordant end-of-life care. - Monitoring and analysing population trends and citizen feedback, and conceptualising, developing and evaluating pilots on new palliative care initiatives, to ensure that appropriate support is rendered to families caring for loved ones at the end-of-life stage.
