Lead the incident response as the Incident Commander
Create and maintain incident SOP (Standard Operating Process), data, statistics, documentations and management and operational reports.
Lead and Coordinate incident response and recovery activities
Manage Remediation Item process including identification, ticket creation, tracking, follow up and reporting
Postmortem incident review
Identify and Lead Problem Management for recurring incidents
Facilitate prioritization of incident remediation items to ensure that identified open issues are resolved
Work with IT Teams to ensure communications are detailed and timely.
Proficiency in English language, both oral and written
Strong sense of urgency in responding to customer needs
Working knowledge of ServiceNow
Ability to think strategically, lead and possess a strong problem-solving aptitude
Strong client-facing, interpersonal and communication skills
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in IT/Computer Science or related field
2+ years of experience of Incident Manager
8+ years of experience of Leading Infrastructure areas
