Managing crew change on assigned vessels.
- Arrange and Coordinate logistics for crews (including arranging land/air/sea transport, hotel accommodations, etc.).
- Declaration of immigration clearances and outward port clearance for vessels.
- Updating crew planning/rotation list and crew list.
- Arrange crew formalities including Sign-on/Off via MPA DigitalPort.
- Maintaining updated personal, medical and training records and certification details of all sea crew; Monitoring of validity of documents and licenses for all ranks on board.
- Assist on crew issues, any ad-hoc duties, projects and activities as and when required.
- Ensure relevant visas, permits, etc are applied in a timely manner
- Maintaining updated vessel certificates.
- Perform data entry, recording, billing and filing duties.
- Maintain a proper and user-friendly filing and document control system for recording and tracking.
- Liaise with the next port agent and tender NOA, then continuous follow-up.
- Work closely with the marine operation team.

**Position specifications**:

- Minimum 2 year of relevant experience in a similar role preferably in the Marine / Offshore Construction industry.
- Possess high initiative with good interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
- Proactive, take initiative and well-organized with a pleasant personality.
- Able to work independently and/or as a team and has good computer skills.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and tight deadlines.
- Able to commence work at short notice/immediately
