**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Attend to customers (walk-ins, scheduled appointments, phone enquiries, online enquiries) promptly.
- Work closely with Workshop Service Advisor and Workshop Manager to provide accurate and timely information on company's products and services.
- Use customer service skills to optimise customer satisfaction and maximise opportunities to deepen customer relationship for upselling and cross-selling of company's products and services.
- Send service reminders to customers.
- Perform administrative work such as raising job cards, data entry for suppliers' invoices, and generating invoices for billing.
- Provide customers' feedback to respective business teams to improve customers' experience.
- Onboard vehicles for extended warranty packages and mail out warranty booklets.
- Prepare monthly workshop reports.
- Month-end closing for spare parts.
- Accident claims processing and coordination.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Possess strong initiative and passion for excellent customer service
- Possess minimum GCE ‘O’ Levels qualification or equivalent
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office and be able to communicate fluently in English

**REMUNERATION**
- Monthly basic salary: $2,200 - $3,200, salary commensurate with experience
- Annual Wage Supplement (AWS)

**OTHER INFORMATION**
- Working hours: Mon-Fri: 9am-6pm; alternate Sat: 9am-2pm
- 14 days annual leave per year
- Medical claims
