**About the Role**:
We're looking for a driven Business Development Manager to help grow our client base and drive sales in the automotive sector You'll generate leads, build relationships, and create opportunities for our workshop services and vehicle insurance offerings.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Market Research and Analysis**: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients, understand their needs, and analyze industry trends. This includes identifying target customer segments within the automotive industry, such as fleet operators, dealerships, and individual vehicle owners.
- **Prospecting and Lead Generation**: Develop and execute a strategic prospecting plan to generate qualified leads for both workshop services and vehicle insurance. This may involve networking, attending industry events, utilizing online platforms, and leveraging existing customer relationships.
- **Sales and Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. This involves understanding client needs, providing tailored solutions, and proactively addressing any concerns.
- **Partnership Development**: Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with complementary businesses in the automotive industry, such as parts suppliers, car dealerships, and other service providers. This will expand the company's reach and create cross-selling opportunities.
- **Proposal Development and Negotiation**:Prepare compelling proposals for both workshop services and vehicle insurance, highlighting the company's value proposition and competitive advantages. This includes negotiating contract terms and securing profitable agreements.
- **Sales Reporting and Tracking**:Track sales performance, analyze key metrics, and provide regular reports to management on progress towards achieving business development goals. This includes identifying areas for improvement and implementing adjustments to the sales strategy.

**Skills & Experience**:

- Proven track record of success in business development and sales, ideally within the automotive industry. This includes demonstrable experience in identifying and securing new clients, building relationships, and exceeding sales targets.

Pay: $3,000.00 - $4,500.00 per month
