**Key responsibilities**:

- Attend to customer enquiries on car servicing and repairs
- Prepare quotation, ordering of parts and billing
- Coordinate with technical team for servicing, repairs and turnaround time
- Manage customers' expectations and ensuring cars are ready for customers' collection within the appointed time
- Handle car accident reporting and communicating with insurance company / surveyors for claims
- Send service reminders to customers
- Any adhoc duties as assigned by supervisor

**Requirements**:

- Car workshop experience required
- Accident claims experience is a plus
- Minimum N-Levels or equivalent
- Bilingual (Mandarin and English)
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office is a must
- 5.5 day work week

**Remuneration**:

- Basic salary: S$2,500 onwards (commensurate with experience)
- Annual wage supplement (AWS)
- Variable bonus (dependent on company’s and individual’s performance)

**Other Information**:

- 5.5-day work week (Mon-Fri: 9am to 6pm, Sat: 9am to 2pm)
- 14 days annual leave
