**Reliability Engineer**

**Job Scope**:

- Support Reliability Engineering in Semiconductor Reliability monitor & Products Qualification test
- Plan, direct, and support Reliability Operation on Regulate Reliability monitor, Products Qualification & Risk Assessment
- Provides engineering support in first level non-destructive FA verification
- Perform setup, buyoff on Reliability Test Equipment (HTOL/THB/HAST/TC)
- Maintenance activities to enable equipment, systems and facilities are operated in a safe, efficiently and reliable manner
- Maintain of update to date Reliability Equipment capacity management database
- Support on Equipment Requisition to ensures that projects deliverables are met and all associated documentation (Initial Assessment for new equipment, contractor RA & installation permit) is established.

**Qualifications**:

- Degree or Diploma in Microelectronic / Electronics Engineering
- Minimum 2 years experience in Reliability Environment Stress Test
- Experience and knowledge with MCC High power burn in, High Acceleration Stress Test, Temperature Cycling & IR Reflow is advantage
- Good communication skills and strong problem-solving skills
- Initiative, accountability and willingness to learn
