To manage a team of engineers/technicians to implement the site reliability program/strategy in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to ensure plant availability at all times.
Key Responsibilities- Provide technical expertise and support to the maintenance team to maximize equipment availability and increase Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE). Investigate incidents related to equipment failure or malfunction; identify root causes and implement solutions.
- Review and recommend equipment maintenance strategies and asset care to reduce unplanned downtime, costs, and spares/consumables usage.
- Lead condition-based monitoring, predictive maintenance, and risk-based inspections to ensure equipment reliability and safety.
- Support equipment standardization during Front End Engineering & Design (FEED), ensuring maintenance considerations are included.
- Implement and execute the Product Contamination Cause and Elimination (PCCE) program.
- Engage with the Reliability Community of Practice and industry partners to share best practices.
- Support investigations of customer complaints and deviations, ensuring corrective actions are completed timely.
- Contribute to Engineering Technical Reports, Periodic Reviews, and Validation Reports.
- Honors degree in Engineering discipline.
- Knowledge of Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM).
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in the process/pharmaceutical industry.
- Proficiency in Risk-Based Inspection (RBI) and standards like API 570, 571, 580.
- Knowledge of Failure Mode Effects and Analysis (FMEA).
- Understanding of local codes and regulations.
