About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a global banking institution, leveraging your skills in production management and site reliability engineering to drive business growth.

  • Develop and implement proactive, predictive models for shift production management using SRE principles.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve incident management, automation, and collaboration across teams.
  • Leverage AI to enhance issue escalation and diagnosis.
  • Ensure deep understanding of incident response, recovery processes, and engineering operations in enterprise environments.
  • Champion automation initiatives to streamline operational tasks, improve efficiency, and reduce manual intervention.
  • Work closely with development, infrastructure, and business teams for seamless communication and collaboration throughout the incident lifecycle.
  • Participate in post-mortem analysis and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
  • Support client onboarding applications used by clients, internal bankers, and operations teams.

What You'll Bring

  • Relevant experience in production management or site reliability engineering.
  • Experience in incident management.
  • Experience in automation using SQL and Python.
  • Ai knowledge and functional/business knowledge.
  • Exposure in data engineering.

The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of relevant experience in production management or site reliability engineering, along with experience in incident management, automation, AI, and data engineering.
