**Package Reliability Technician**

**THE ROLE**:
**THE PERSON**:
A highly motivated Reliability Technician with academic technical training, strong communication skills, and an energized team player.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Execute board level qualifications, reliability test setup and testing accordingly to specification, work instruction, best practices, and best-known method.
- Perform and support engineering characterization and evaluation activities with data collection, analysis, and documentation.
- Perform X-ray scanning, X-section, dye-n-pry and visual inspection.
- Perform electrical testing, fault isolation and investigation.
- Coordinate preventive maintenance and calibration.
- Coordinate logistic activities and inventory management.

**PREFERRED EXPERIENCE**:

- Basic computer knowledge and experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience in Labview programming is a plus.

**ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS**:

- Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical or Electronic Engineering with 2-5 years of industry experience
