Reliability Technician Position

Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled Reliability Technician to join our team. As a Reliability Technician, you will be responsible for performing reliability testing of components in accordance with AEC-Q200 requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Reliability Testing: Perform reliability testing of components to ensure they meet the required standards.
  • Test Equipment Setup: Set up test equipment for reliability testing and ensure it is functioning properly.
  • Technical Support: Provide technical support to operators during inspections, reliability tests, and electrical tests as required.
  • Report Preparation: Collect and record required reliability inspection reports and prepare reliability reports.
  • Maintenance and Calibration: Perform scheduled maintenance and in-house calibration of lab equipment.
  • Health and Safety: Comply with relevant health and safety requirements in the lab.
  • Housekeeping: Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Inventory Management: Ship/receive test components from external vendors performing services.
Requirements:
  • Qualifications: Nitec in Mechanical/Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent.
  • Experience: 2 years of working experience in a manufacturing environment is advantageous.
  • Skills: Basic MS office skills and computer skills.
  • Personal Qualities: Positive mind set and willingness to learn.
  • Working Conditions: Air-con, clean, and new lab environment.
  • Working Hours: Permanent 12hrs Day Shift: 9am to 9pm; Thursday to Saturday & Wednesday (Alternate).
