Our client, a trailblazer in network technology, is seeking a **Head of Project Management**to lead complex client-facing implementation projects across high-growth sectors. With products spanning cloud-native cybersecurity, Secure Access Service Edge (SASE), and AI integration, this organization offers cutting-edge solutions to modern infrastructure challenges.

This leadership role is ideal for a strategic, hands-on project professional who can manage multiple technical implementations and instill best practices across project teams.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the full lifecycle of technical projects—from scope definition to delivery and stakeholder reporting.
- Allocate resources and manage risk, quality, and change across concurrent projects.
- Develop and enforce project documentation, reporting standards, and change management protocols.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as Presales and Customer Success to ensure project alignment with business goals.
- Mentor and manage a team of project managers and executives.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in IT, Infocomm Security, Computer Science, or Engineering.
- Minimum of 7 years’ experience in project management with at least 3 in a leadership role.
- PMP Certification required.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
- Proven success in leading projects through full life cycles in dynamic, resource-lean environments.
- Familiarity with Agile or Waterfall methodologies and relevant PM tools.
