Responsibilities and duties
As Head of Project Management, you will oversee the end-to-end execution of complex technical projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and to a high standard of quality. Your responsibilities will span the full project lifecycle—from initial scoping and budgeting to resource planning, risk management, and stakeholder reporting.

You will manage a portfolio of client-facing implementation projects and ensure consistent execution, documentation, and accountability across all initiatives.

This role involves close collaboration with internal teams—including Presales, Solutions Delivery, and Customer Success—to ensure project alignment with broader business goals. You will also lead and develop a team of Project Managers and Executives, embedding best practices and driving continuous improvement in delivery standards.

Key Responsibilities:
・Define project scopes, objectives, and timelines through collaboration with clients and internal stakeholders.
・Allocate resources and budgets while managing progress, interdependencies, and risks across multiple simultaneous projects.
・Establish and maintain consistent quality control, documentation, and change management practices.
・Build strong client relationships through proactive communication, problem-solving, and regular project updates.
・Lead, mentor, and motivate the project team to foster a culture of ownership, clarity, and high performance.
・Strengthen project delivery capabilities to support expansion into emerging technology domains such as AI, Secure Access Service Edge (SASE), and Cloud-Native cybersecurity.

Qualification and Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in IT, Infocomm Security, Computer Science, or Electrical & Electronic Engineering
- Minimum of 7 years of project management experience in the IT sector, including at least 3 years in a leadership role
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification (required)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to risk identification and mitigation
- Ability to manage detailed project components while maintaining strategic oversight
- Excellent communication skills with strength in stakeholder engagement and conflict resolution
- Confident presenter with a logical and structured delivery style
- Strong industry network and relevant domain knowledge
- Familiarity with engineering disciplines such as mechanical, electrical, and computer systems
- Understanding of complex system development and testing methodologies
- A collaborative team leader who can guide and inspire cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in project management tools, methodologies, and best practices
- Demonstrated ability to deliver full project lifecycles within tight timelines and budget constraints
