We are looking for an enthusiastic, results-oriented **Account Manager - B2B** with a record of solid commercial achievements and success in driving hyper-growth. An hands-on individual who’s able to deliver our message and ultimately switch as many businesses as we can to clean, renewable energy.

Hi, we’re Flo, and we are on a mission to switch as many people and businesses as possible to clean, renewable energy.

We do that by making clean energy as cheap as conventional energy, investing in smart technology to reduce our operating costs and passing the savings to our members. And yes, it’s not impossible.

We are pushing boundaries and breaking conventions of the traditional electricity retailer. To do so, we are looking for like-minded people who share our passion for technology and sustainability. You might be the one we are looking for

**What you will be doing**:
- Actively visit (and call) prospects to convert as many Singapore businesses as possible to Flo
- Engage with SME business owners and decisions makers about Flo, their energy usage and how much they are paying with their current supplier
- Promote Flo brand awareness, demonstrating the proposition, the value for money, potential cost savings, and completing (online) quotations
- Help businesses complete their switch (if they are interested), or provide information so that the customer can complete a switch later
- Build a robust sales pipeline (using Salesforce) and deliver the agreed financial and non-financial targets
- Manage established business relationships with customers, especially strategic customers, according to created account plans
- Help establish sales processes and best practices to deliver best in class account management and support the rest of the organisation
- Manage any other ad-hoc sales projects-
- At least one (1) year of commercial sales experience and feel that you have what it takes to be successful in this role.
- Self-starter attitude with records of solid commercial achievements and success in driving hyper-growth
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Powerpoint)
- Strong interpersonal and management skills to collaborate and create excitement through value addition
- Ability to excel independently with a strong sense of ownership
- Interest in renewable energy***
