**Responsibilities**:

- Assist the Sales Manager in managing corporate client accounts in the loans industry.
- Support the development and execution of sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business growth.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities, including expanding the company's client base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Prepare sales proposals, presentations, and contracts.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project implementation and customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions.
- Conduct competitor analysis and market research.
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts.
- Assist in training and mentoring junior sales team members.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in corporate lending or financial services.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building client relationships.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of loans products and services.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Willingness to travel as required.
