**Seeking Multiple BIM Specialists**

LeapThought is seeking for passionate Building Information Model Specialists to join our growing product team to be at the forefront of this rapidly growing digitalisation sector within the built environment industry. **What to Expect**:

- You will be a member of an incredibly strong and passionate product evangelists and business development team with coverage of South East Asia.
- You will be a member of the team who are with domain experts from the Construction sector spanning qualified architects, civil, mechanical & electrical engineers.
- Work in a cross-functional team consisting of product managers, software architects, software engineers, DevOps, and other specialists.
- You will have opportunities to engage with customers to get first-hand exposure to real-world problems, challenges and opportunities for improvement and innovation.

**Responsibilities**:

- Create, manage and amend 3D models using BIM software (Revit is a must and preferably ArchiCAD) from multiple disciplines (Architecture, C&S and MEP) to accurately represent building components and systems.
- Understand & verify design guidelines from different agencies and create test models with reference to rulesets with multiple scenarios
- Develop workflows to thoroughly check quality and content of incoming BIM Models with reference to rulesets and its BIM representation.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure all BIM models are updated as per defined rulesets and guidelines
- Provide technical support and guidance to team members on BIM software and workflows.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's degree in fields related to AEC environment
- Minimum 2-4 years of industry experience preferably in a BIM environment
- Intermediate knowledge and experience in working with BIM software, such as Revit, ArchiCAD, Navisworks, Dynamo etc.
- Proficiency in 3D modelling, clash detection, and coordination workflows as practiced within the industry
- Knowledge of building codes and regulatory requirements
- Knowledge of industry standards, such as IFC (Industry Foundation Classes), ISO 19650 and COBie is a plus.
- Professional certifications related to BIM are preferred.
