Our growing restaurant enterprise client is seeking an experienced and motivated Outbound Research Specialist to join our team. The Outbound Research Specialist will be responsible for making outbound calls to gather data on customer preferences, dining habits, and overall satisfaction with our restaurant offerings.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound calls to potential and existing clients to collect data on their need for employee meal delivery service.
- Utilize persuasive language and effective communication techniques to market the service as a valuable employee benefit.
- Provide excellent customer service during each call while also gathering relevant information.
- Follow a pre-determined script provided by the company when appropriate or improvise based on client feedback.
- Record all data collected into our system accurately and efficiently.
- Analyze data to identify trends and suggest improvements to the management team.
- Collaborate with other departments to develop and implement research and analysis projects.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong communication skills with an ability to clearly articulate ideas over the phone.
- Proficient in basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM software.

**Requirements**:

- 2+ years of experience in outbound calling or telemarketing.
- Knowledge of the restaurant industry or consumer research a plus.

Working details:
Time: 9 am to 5 pm Singapore Time, Monday to Friday

Rate: US$5/hour with a daily paid 1 hour break

Work from home is acceptable but must based in Singapore

Contract length: 3-6 months

Pay: $800.00 - $1,000.00 per month
