Manage Vessel accounting (Technical and Commercial) - working with the shipmanagement teams
Support AR,AP, GL and Vessel Management
Clearing, Payment of incoming suppliers invoices through ERP system

Managing payments to vendors from banking system

Preparation of Vessel Journal Entries, GL Account reconciliations
To compile and prepare monthly vessel reports, provisional reports
Vessels cash flow control - advise management and raise working capital demands and budget/non budget requests
Liasing with principals on vessel accounts reporting
Liasing with other departments on vessel expenses
Liasing with external auditors
GL Accounts posting up to full set (P&L & Balance Sheet)
Familiar with Cloud based systems such as Quickbooks/Netsuite & Microsoft Excel spreadsheet and functions
Filing/photocopying and maintaining of accounting records of vessels

**Salary**: $3,000.00 - $3,500.00 per month
