**Main responsibilities
**Responsibilities include:
- Responsible for system interface monitoring by ensuring timely processing of all data exchange and accuracy and completeness of data
- Maintain up-to-date documentation on all related systems, technical specifications, and Change Management
- Participate in activities to support stock/inventory management for warehouse/retail store
- Support system data extraction and reporting as directed, ensuring data quality and accuracy
- Responsible for ensuring that the system change request process is adhered to in terms of quality and commitment to timelines for estimation/delivery
- Responsible for ensuring that incidents are resolved as per approved Service Level Agreement metrics.
- Escalate issues and tickets to L2/L3 SAP support in Dubai. Work with SAP team in HQ to support solutions and implementation in SEA region (Singapore, Malaysia, and Thailand)

**Requirements**:

- Must have SAP / Support experience in retail or FMCG, with functional exposure to the one of following SAP Modules:
oIS Retail (required)
- Materials Management [MM]
- Sales and Distribution [SD]
- Certified as an SAP Inbound Logistics Consultant would be beneficial
- Good knowledge of LSMW, SQVI
- Good knowledge and working experience in IDOC support
- Knowledge of SAP BI and SAP CAR would be a highly regarded
- Knowledge of SAP WMS/ EWMS will be added advantage
