SAP Is-retail Consultant

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Implementation & Customization**:
- Configure and customize SAP IS-Retail modules to meet client-specific requirements.
- Lead end-to-end implementation projects, from gathering requirements to go-live and post-implementation support.
**Retail Process Optimization**:
- Analyze retail operations and recommend SAP IS-Retail functionalities to enhance efficiency and performance.
- Deliver tailored solutions for merchandising, pricing, supply chain, and inventory management.
**Collaboration**:
- Partner with business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure alignment of solutions with business goals.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications and actionable deliverables.
**Support & Troubleshooting**:
- Provide ongoing support for SAP IS-Retail implementations, resolving technical and functional issues.
- Conduct user training to ensure successful adoption and effective use of SAP solutions.
**Documentation & Reporting**:
- Maintain comprehensive documentation for project configurations, customizations, and workflows.
- Prepare regular updates and status reports for stakeholders.
**Qualifications & Experience**:
**Experience**:5-8 years of hands-on experience with SAP IS-Retail implementation and support.
**Technical Skills**:
- Expertise in SAP IS-Retail modules, including merchandise management, pricing, and inventory management.
- Strong understanding of retail business processes and best practices.
**Soft Skills**:
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities to work with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Proactive mindset with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
**Education**:Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
